Train Your Tongue

Saya masih ingat ketika semester awal di perkuliahan, ada mata kuliah yang namanya pronunciation (sekarang sudah tidak ada). Di dalam mata kuliah tersebut, kita belajar untuk mengucapkan kata maupun kalimat dalam bahasa inggris secara fasih. Sulit sih awalnya, soalnya kalimat yang diberikan cukup unik.

Inilah beberapa kalimat pendek, tapi cukup susah untuk di ucapkan

• Sounding by sound is a sound method of sounding sounds.
• Mr. Tongue Twister tried to train his tongue to twist and turn, and twit and twat, to learn the letter "T".
• I saw Susie sitting in a shoe shine shop. Where she sits she shines, and where she shines she sits.
• Six sick hicks nick six slick bricks with picks and sticks.
• I wish to wish the wish you wish to wish, but if you wish the wish the witch wishes, I won't wish the wish you wish to wish.
• A big black bug bit a big black dog on his big black nose!
• The big black bug bit the big black bear, but the big black bear bit the big black bug back!
• She saw Sherif's shoes on the sofa. But was she so sure she saw Sherif's shoes on the sofa?
• I scream for icecream.
• When you write copy you have the right to copyright the copy you write. You can write good and copyright but copyright doesn't mean copy good - it might not be right good copy, right?

Lumayan susah kan? Segitu aja dulu, sumbernya kalo ga salah ada di tongue twister, saya lupa lagi, ntar dilanjut okay....
